A first appointment will be used to gain insight into your mortgage plans and protection needs.
A full, robust, accurate and up to date fact find will be recorded if you decided to advance, and from there I will use my wealth of experience to find a deal that will be just right for you.

I will use a wide range of products from High Street Lenders and specialist products not available
direct and i offer a comprehensive range of products from across the market place.
We offer a wide-range of other services for our customers - Insurances such as buildings and contents insurance , life insurance and critical illness cover, family income benefit and income protection, redundancy cover .
We also have referral partners for will writing and estate planning if needed as well as surveyors.

THE PROCESS
We will guide you through the buying or remortgaging process step by step and take care of everything after the recommendation has been made. There may be a fee for mortgage advice payable upon application stages this will be dependant on your circumstances but could range from £149-£500 and will be discussed and agreed at the earliest opportunity.
The Financial Conduct authority does not regulate some types of Buy to Let mortgages. Your home/property may be repossessed if you do not keep up your repayments on your mortgage.
We will liaise with solicitors , estate agents ,and the lender all the way until you complete.
There are no fees payable for any protection advice and planning.
We get paid commission from the lender or insurer for arranging your Mortgage or Protection policy.
